For any on-demand charter, IAC first gathers all relevant trip inputs and information, and will provide an estimate for the itinerary based upon the request.

In addition, IAC will review any complexities, nuances, or operating constraints the requested itinerary may present, along with recommendations or alternatives to minimize any risks.

After assessing an initial trip request, IAC will then begin to gather aircraft options from the breadth of the market.

As IAC gathers options our team will then curate the available aircraft options down to a select few that meet our internal safety standards and service requirements - such as dispatch reliability

Once, IAC has gathered, assessed, and curated down to the few that align with the trip requirements and budget, IAC will provide the client a proposal with tail-specific aircraft options for consideration.

This proposal will also include relevant information such as: year of manufacture (YOM), year of refurbishment (YOR), cabin seating configuration, and other amenities such a WiFi capabilities.

If a client wishes to proceed with an aircraft option presented on a proposal, then the client must execute or have on file the Air Charter Service Agreement and Credit Card Authorization From.

Once completed IAC may proceed with confirming the itinerary and requested aircraft. Payment is due at the time of booking, via wire or credit card on file.
